fgorders.com, the French Gerleman Online Order Center, gives you instant, 24-hour online access to product specifications, real-time pricing and inventory levels, time saving online tools and detailed account information.
As a fgorders.com member, you can:
- Search Options - Looking for specific products or a group of products? With fgorders.com you can search for products by: product category (same categories as our printed In-Stock Buyer’s Guide), item number, manufacturers’ item number or your assigned item number.
- Order History - Review past orders or repeat project requirements. Conveniently access your order history by your purchase order number or our order number for up to six months.
- Product Availability - Access our comprehensive $17 million in inventory online. Check real-time product inventory levels to ensure the right products are available when and where you need them.
- Order Confirmations - Receive an e-mail confirmation after each order you submit. Each confirmation includes a PDF attachment with detailed information about your online purchase.
- Online Only Specials - View periodic product specials from select manufacturers or access a list of specially priced closeout items available only to fgorders.com secure account members.
- Order Pad - Looking for convenient way to create orders without having to search for individual items? Do you have a list of part numbers you purchase on a regular basis? Simply copy and paste your frequently purchased part numbers into the e-Storefront Order Pad. Once your Order Pad is complete, submit your order and review the items in your shopping cart at check out.
- Shopping Lists - Create your own shopping lists that include commonly ordered items (e.g., create unique shopping lists for stocking vans or stock rooms, stock requirements for equipment, or commonly purchased maintenance parts). Conveniently create a new shopping cart with the appropriate number of products and quantities from a library of saved shopping lists on your e-Storefront.
- Account Summary - Identify the current status of your account online. With secure website access to your account summary you can easily review past purchases, payment history or current balances due.
- Open/Paid Invoices - View a summary of all open/paid invoices and access a PDF copy of individual invoices for your records or for payment purposes. Conveniently search by invoice number or date range.
- Pending Orders - Place a pending order for an upcoming project. Enter your order and save the pending order at check out for up to seven business days. Return to fgorders.com and process your pending order once you have final confirmation.
- Order Status and Back Order Notification - Quickly identify the status of your order online and verify when your order has been picked, shipped and invoiced. Know about potential backorder requirements as you complete your shopping cart. Your order confirmation will identify any backordered products.
- Shipping Options - Specify how you would like your order shipped. Choose from a variety of shipping options including: one hour courier, standard freight, expedited freight, our French Gerleman regional delivery service or select will call and pick up your order at one of our convenient warehouse locations.
